About Us
Donna's love of horses started very young in life-at age two she owned 5 ponies already.  She had at least one horse all her life till 1989.  At that point she got married, sold her last horse and moved to town with her "city boy" husband.  He had absolutely no interest in horses or anything "country".  It took her 14 years, but they finally bought their six acres of heaven and things have grown from there.
They started with a Quarter Horse that their son showed in Western Pleasure.  They knew nothing about showing, but Clue was one of those once-in-a-lifetime horses that taught them about it.  Unfortunately, they lost her in the winter of 2008, but she had done her job.  The bug and love of showing had been planted.  See her on the Memorial page.  They then went to showing 2 other Quarter Horses in Western Pleasure, until recently, when all show quarter horses have been leased out.
Big Billy wouldn't show the big horses, so in 2004 Donna bought their first two minis for him as an anniversary present.  From two halter horses starting out, they have now grown to several minis that they show in halter and performance classes.  Driving is her husband's favorite thing to do now.  She's turned her "city-boy" husband into a 100% "country boy". She has also passed my love of horses to her son.  He purchased his first very own horse in the fall of 2008. They have also convinced their daughter -in- law to start showing with them.
